- Background Checks: All firearms transfers are subject to a background check through the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) or equivalent state system, conducted by the receiving FFL dealer.

- Silencers and SBRs are regulated under the National Firearms Act (NFA) and require registration with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).
- NFA Process: To purchase a silencer or SBR, you must complete the ATF Form 4 process, which includes a background check, fingerprinting, and payment of a $200 tax stamp (per silencer or SBR). - Federal Restrictions: Automatic knives may only be sold to certain exempt individuals, such as active-duty military personnel, law enforcement officers, or individuals with specific exemptions under federal law. You must provide proof of eligibility (e.g., military or law enforcement ID) if required.
- State Restrictions: Many states prohibit or restrict the possession, sale, or carrying of automatic knives. We do not ship automatic knives to states or localities where they are prohibited, including but not limited to California, New York, and Washington, D.C. Please confirm your state’s laws before ordering.
- Accessories (e.g., magazines, holsters, optics, or ammunition) may also be subject to state or local restrictions. For example, some states limit the capacity of magazines. We comply with all applicable laws and will not ship restricted items to prohibited jurisdictions.
4. Shipping Restrictions. To ensure compliance with federal and state laws, we have the following shipping policies:
- Firearms: Firearms will only be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer. You must provide the FFL dealer’s contact information and a copy of their license before we can ship. Firearms will not be shipped directly to consumers.
- Silencers and SBRs: Silencers and SBRs will only be shipped to an FFL dealer with a valid SOT license after verification of your approved ATF Form 4.
- Automatic Knives: Automatic knives will only be shipped to eligible buyers in states where they are legal. Proof of eligibility may be required.
- Prohibited Jurisdictions: We do not ship products to states, counties, or municipalities where they are prohibited by law.
